Peeled red lentil. Orange colour. Prevoius soaking is not needed and it just need 10 minutes boiling. It is better digested than other types. It is recommended for mash with thin texture preparation. Lentils has a great content of proteins, vitamins (A, B1,B2,B3,B6, C and E) and minerals as magnesium, zinc, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron. Quite rich in fibre.

Prevoius soaking is not needed. Boiling time 15 minutes. They have no peel so they are particularly used for mash preparation.
