Adzuki is nutritious legume with a high proteins' content. Beneficial to kidneys. Cooked along with kombu seaweed helps the blood sugar level regulation.

Wash adzukis and let them soak for 6 to 8 hours along with a small portion og kombu seaweed. Cook on a slow flame a portion of azuki each two portions of water for 45-60 minutes. It ca be consumed with vegeatbles or either combined with cereals.

Keep in a cool and dry place.
