Sunflower seeds may be consumed solely. They are generally used as an addition to salads, shakes, with yogourts and mueslis. Also in sauces, breads and pastries preparation. Peeled sunflower seeds may be roasted in a pan along with Biocop tamari, then lightly salt and serve as a starter. They may be also caramelised or used as a seasoning for salads.
