Brown flax seeds are an extraordinary source of essential polyunsaturated omega 3 acids (75%).They also add digestive enzymes, vitamin E and group B vitamins and minerals. May be raw consumed, soaked a few hours or flour grounded. Also may be mixed with juices, shakes, yogourt or in bakery and desserts elaboration. As external use, may be used for wrapping and poultice, preparing the ground flax mixture with hot water.
