Gold flax seeds are an extraordinary source of polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids (75%). They also add digestive enzymes, vitamin E and group B vitamins and minerals. May be raw consumed , soaked a few hours or flour grounded. Also may be mixed with juices, shakes, yogourt or in breads and desserts. As external use, may be used for wrappings and poultice, preparing the ground flax mixture with hot water.
