Sea spaguetti seaweed grown in Galicia. Its flavor reminds of seafood and they are quite versatile in kitchen. Ideal for vegetarian paella elaboration, soups, fillings and combined with vegetables. Among its nutritional properties stands out its iron, phosporus, calcium and potassium content. Proportion between phosporus and calcium and sodium and potassium is very properly. Because of its iodine conent, people suffering from hyperthyroidism should take special precaution with seaweed consumption; but can be very useful to overweight people.
