Buckwheat is a seed rich in protein, B vitamins, minerals (potassium, magnesium and iron), and daily, bioflavonoid which strengthen capillary and blood vessels. Helps alkalizing the body. Stimulates appetite in recovering people, cleans and strengthen intestine and provides optimun levels of energgy and vitality. It is cooked as a cereal along with vegetables, in soups, salads, cakes and croquettes. It is also consumed germinated in salads.
